At Hospice of New York our purpose is to bring help and hope to those who are facing the End of Life. Since 1997, Hospice of New York, affectionately known as HONY, has provided comfort to terminally ill patients, families, and caregivers. Utilizing an innovative, interdisciplinary concept in care by physicians, nurses, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, bereavement counselors, and volunteers we continue to provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support to the entire family unit.
